HODL SPAC Europe AB (publ) hereby publishes the interim report for the period January – March 2022.  The interim report is available as an attached document and on the company's website (www.hodlspac.se). Below is a summary of the report.

First quarter 2022

  • Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.04 (--).
  • Profit after tax amounted to SEK -0.3 m (--).
  • Cash and cash equivalents at 31 March 2022 amounted to SEK 29.3 m (--).

Significant events during and after the period

  • The Company completed its share issuance and the stock was listed on the Spotlight Stock Market on January 21, 2022.
