According to the board decision on November 5:th to carry out a new issue of shares with a preferential right, Industrial Solar Holding Europe AB now publishes the Memorandum. The memorandum is in English. A summery in Swedish will be available when the subscription period starts.

Industrial Solar Holding Europe AB has been approved for listing on Spotlight Stock Market. Spotlight’s decision is conditional upon that the new issue is completed to at least its minimum limit. Estimated first day of trading is January 15th.
