The license subscription renewal ratio for the Risk Intelligence System in the period 1 January to 31 December 2019 was 99.3%.

CEO Hans Tino Hansen says "Our high renewal rate of 99.3% is a strong signal that we are building lasting relationships with our clients. A group of these clients have now renewed their license agreements for the 12^th time., which is unique and a testimony to our position as a trusted partner. This creates the foundation for a stable and increasing recurring revenue base, which is a significant part of the Risk Intelligence business model".

Due to the planned investments in growth initiatives, Risk Intelligence is not expecting positive EBITDA for 2019 as announced at the IPO in August 2018 and communicated successively during 2019. EBITDA for the full year 2020 is expected to be positive.

The Q4 2019 and Year-end Report will be published 26 February 2020.

Renewal ratio

The renewal ratio for the Risk Intelligence System is calculated from the recurring revenue in 2019 based on existing license agreements signed between 2008 and 2018, while it does not take into account the value of the new license agreements signed during 2019. These will be included in the 2020 renewal ratio.
