Risk Intelligence has increased its revenue by 28% in 2019 (14,220,894 DKK) compared to the same period in 2018 (11,122,594 DKK). Sales have been derived from existing as well as new commercial and governmental clients.  During 2019, Risk Intelligence has increased its portfolio by 15 new clients.

The license subscription renewal rate for the Risk Intelligence System, in the period 1 January to 31 December 2019, was 99.3%. Together with signed framework agreements and signed contracts for projects to be delivered in 2020, known revenue* for 2020, as of 1 January 2020, is 13.2M DKK. This forms a solid basis for growth in total turnover during 2020 when new sales from both maritime and the new land-based markets are secured and added during the year.

CEO Hans Tino Hansen says "With an annual growth in revenue of 28% in 2019 we are on track to double our maritime market revenue from 2017 by 2020 as communicated during the IPO in 2018. Our continued high renewal rate of 99.3% is a strong signal that we are building lasting relationships with our clients. The strong recurring revenue position will form the basis for top line growth in 2020 which will be accelerated by increased revenue from new and existing maritime clients as well as, importantly, from new landside clients signing up for the Risk Intelligence System with LandRisk".

*) Known revenue is the revenue combined from recurring revenue (Risk Intelligence System license subscriptions and report subscriptions) and projects as well as other deliverables contractually agreed during 2019 for delivery in 2020.

EBITDA for the full year 2020 is expected to be positive.
