The last day of trading in the company"s shares ABSL including the right to receive subscription rights is February 13, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 14, 2020. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to three (3) subscription rights. Ten (10) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 110:- (3:10 á SEK 110:-).   

Trading with subscription rights will take place from February 19, 2020 until March 10, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market.
