The last day of trading in the company''s shares STVA B including the right to receive subscription rights is March 12, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 13, 2020. 

One (1) share of series B entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights of series B entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share of series B, at the price of SEK 0,06 (1:3 á SEK 0,06).
