The last day of trading in the company’s shares RECY B including the right to receive unit rights is September 8, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is September 9, 2020.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Three (3) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 40,00.
One unit consist of five (5) new shares and one (1) free subscription option TO 3 B and one (1) free subscription option TO 4 B  (5:3 á SEK 8,00). 

Trading with unit rights will take place from September 11, 2020 until September 23, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market.
