Smoltek does not expect that Shafiq Kabir’s transition to a new role will affect the company’s day-to-day business, as Smoltek has built a broad knowledge base around its technology platform from research and development to commercialization and licensing. The company’s CNF-MIM technology for capacitors to the semiconductor industry is currently being evaluated by large potential commercial partners, and the work related to further development, financing, collaboration and licensing in new application areas is conducted in the wholly-owned subsidiary Smoltek Innovation AB with assistance from the strategic advisory partner DC Advisory.
