The last day of trading in the company’s shares SPAG including the right to receive subscription rights is February 3, 2021. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 4, 2021.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Four (4) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 7,50 (1:4 á SEK 7,50).
