The Annual General Meeting of Everysport Media Group AB (publ.) (ESMG) on May 24^th 2021 resolved in accordance with the Board's proposal to amend ESMG's Articles of Association, among other things, meaning that ESMG's opportunity to issue shares of various series was removed. The company's existing Class A shares will thus be referred to as ordinary shares under the name Everysport. The voting rights were also changed from 10 votes to 1 vote per share.

The share name on Spotlight Stockmarket will be changed from Everysport A to Everysport.
The shares's short name (ticker) on Spotlight Stockmarket will change from EVERY A to EVERY.

As of June 14, 2021, the share will have ISIN code SE0016127831, FISN code EVERYSPORT / SH and CFI code ESVUFR. The company's order book ID and the number of shares to be traded (5,450,339) will be unchanged.

The last day for trading in the share's current ticker and ISIN code will be Friday June 11^th, 2021. The first day for trading in the share's new ticker and ISIN code will be on Monday June 14^th, 2021. The shares will be visible on shareholders' account June 16, 2021. This is a purely administrative matter and shareholders do not need to take any action because of this.
