Risk Intelligence has increased revenue in 2021 by 20% (DKK 18,819,594) compared to 2020 (DKK 15,703,374). In Q4 2021 Risk Intelligence increased its revenue by 13% (DKK 7,526,784) compared to Q4 2020 (DKK 6,676,472).

Q4 growth fuelled by an increase in System licenses
The quarter saw a significant net increase of existing license agreements for the Risk Intelligence System, where ten clients increased their licenses sizes (more users, modules and/or API license), while two clients decreased their license sizes (less users due to reduced operations). Close to all revenue during the quarter has been delivered by the maritime business.

Churn in Q4 of 3.9% – renewal rate at 96.1%
Two clients have terminated their licenses during Q4 2021, which results in a churn of 3.9 % and a renewal rate of 96.1% for Q4. The churn for 2021 is 3.2% and a renewal rate for 2021 of 96.8%.

System ARR growth of 15%
Risk Intelligence reaches System ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) for 2021 of DKK 14,625,089 a growth of 15% compared to 2020 (DKK 12,767,403) and a total ARR of DKK 15,967,550 a growth of 15% compared to 2020 (DKK 13,895,301).

CEO Hans Tino Hansen says
" It is a pleasure to be able to deliver a 20% growth in revenue for 2021, in accordance with our previous guidance. Most important is that we have delivered continued growth in our new sales to new clients and to existing clients. This growth is very satisfactory given the fact that literally all sales and lead generation has been online. We are really looking forward to when we can meet clients and potential clients again on a larger scale, as this will bring back a more normal relationship as well as generate more growth.

The fourth quarter is also the period when the majority of renewals of licenses are done, and I am pleased to see such a high ratio of clients renewing their licenses. This has all contributed to the deliverance of a revenue in accordance with the guidance of a minimum of 18.8M DKK for 2021."
