On May 19, 2022  the Annual General Meeting resolved to change the parent company’s name to Everysport Group (publ) from the former Everysport Media Group (publ) in accordance with the Board’s proposal. The new name is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

The Group currently operates two wholly owned business areas: Everysport Media and Every Padel - which both are unchanged. The Group’s ticker EVERY remains the same. The first day of trading with the new name is July 4th, 2022.
