Company announcement no. 34-2022 Audientes A/S (CVR. No. 36 04 76 31) hereby announces that its pre-emptive rights issue of units now has been registered with the Danish Business Authority and paid subscribed units (Sw. BTU) will be transformed into new issued shares and warrants of series TO 1.

Last day of trading in BTU will be 29 December 2022. First day of trading with new shares and warrants of series TO 1 on Spotlight Stock Market is 30 December 2022. Warrants of series TO 1 have short name (ticker) “AUDNTS TO 1" and ISIN code DK0061928074. The new shares and warrants will appear on investors’ accounts from 3 January 2023.
