Zenith Energy is expanding its legal team by bringing in Ben Juratowitch and Matthieu Gregoire from Essex Court Chambers. This comes in the midst of the ongoing ICSID proceedings against Tunisia. The new additions are being brought in to support the existing leadership of Professor Thomas Clay and Simon Le Wita ahead of the final hearings scheduled for April 2026. The company states that the bolstering is intended to increase capacity in the dispute being pursued under the bilateral investment treaty between the United Kingdom and Tunisia.
