OptiFreeze AB

OptiFreeze operates in the food industry. The company currently has developed a patented technology that ensure flavours in food are maintained in the freezing and thawing process. In addition to flavour, the vision is to increase preservability and in the long term reduce negative environmental impact associated with transport. Additionally to freezing, the technology may also be used for drying herbs. The company was established in 2011 and is based in Lund.
