Biotech company Bio-Works announces that in January, 1.20 million TO2 warrants were exercised to subscribe for the same number of new shares in the company at an exercise price of SEK 1 per share. The company will receive SEK 1.2 million before issuance costs. This is according to a press release. The company thereafter has 99.42 million shares outstanding. The next opportunity to exercise the warrants is in April.
