The shareholders of the medical technology company Vibrosense Dynamics are invited to the annual general meeting on March 20 in Malmö. The board proposes that no dividend be paid. A major reshuffle of the board is proposed, with Antonio Speidel the only member proposed for re-election. The election of Göran Conradson as chair and of members Henrik Brorsson and Jonas Brambeck is proposed. Göran Lundborg, who has been a member, is proposed to be elected as an alternate member. The current chair Pontus Rehn and member Mozhgan Dorkhan have declined re-election to the board. The general meeting is proposed to resolve on an incentive program of up to 500,000 warrants directed to the board. The board seeks authorization from the meeting to resolve on a new issue of shares, warrants and convertibles, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares by up to 50 percent.
