Windon Energy Group has entered into a binding shareholders' agreement to form a joint venture for modular wind power technology for roof ridges, in which Windon will own 60 percent, according to a press release. The other owners will be Igor Rogelj and Morten Lindholt with 20 percent each, and the company will develop and commercialize technology based on the Ridgeblade project. The new company will be financed separately and is not expected to have any immediate material impact on Windon's financial position.
