The shareholders of the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate are called to the annual general meeting on Tuesday, March 31 in Stockholm. The board proposes that no dividend be paid. Board member Leonard Qvarsebo declines re-election to the board.Re-election is proposed for Chair Christer Sundin and board members Tomas Georgiadis, Nils Magnus Nilsson, Erik Borgblad and Jan Erik Eriksson.The board seeks authorization from the meeting to decide on a new issue of shares, within the limits of the number of shares set out in the articles of association.
