This is according to Finansinspektionen's insider register.Krona Bidco thereafter owns 8.05 million shares, which corresponds to 71.98 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.Krona Bidco has made a mandatory offer for all shares in Krona at 35.75 kronor per share.
