The distributor Tura Group reports a strong increase in net sales in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared with the same period last year. Profit decreased at the same time, pressured by higher operating expenses and a lower gross margin.Net sales amounted to SEK 317.3 million (235.5), an increase of 34.7 percent. This is a new record level for the company. Gross profit rose to SEK 61.8 million (52.3), while the gross margin decreased to 19.5 percent (22.2)."Our overall goal regarding the gross margin is to be somewhat above 20 percent. This is a level that, with our current net sales and cost structure, we must maintain in order to deliver the operating profit we are striving for," says CEO Stefan Eriksson. Ebitda amounted to SEK 16.7 million (18.1), which corresponds to an Ebitda margin of 5.3 percent (7.7). Operating profit was SEK 13.2 million (14.9) with an operating margin of 4.2 percent (6.7).Profit before tax amounted to SEK 11.5 million (13.8). Net profit was SEK 6.4 million (11.0), and earnings per share were SEK 0.13 (0.22).For full-year 2025, net sales increased to SEK 973.8 million (825.6), corresponding to growth of 17.9 percent. Gross profit amounted to SEK 189.2 million (157.2) and the gross margin improved to 19.4 percent (19.0). Ebitda rose to SEK 32.3 million (31.8), while the Ebitda margin decreased to 3.3 percent (3.9). Net profit was SEK 5.1 million (7.8), corresponding to SEK 0.10 per share (0.16).The board proposes an unchanged dividend of SEK 0.10 per share."We enter 2026 with continued humility regarding market conditions but with a clear confidence in the future.
