The industrial company Sustainion has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Dutch company Diemma. This is stated in a press release. Diemma, with the brand Emficon, develops, produces, installs, and maintains customized exhaust systems primarily for vessels, but also for construction machinery, locomotives, and other heavy vehicles, with a focus on reducing emissions and meeting strict environmental requirements. The acquisition is carried out with an initial purchase price of 0.95 million euros, of which 0.19 million euros is paid in the form of newly issued shares.Diemma currently has five full-time employees, and the customer base consists of companies in marine, fishing, dredging, construction, and rail, in the Netherlands and internationally. For 2025, revenue amounted to 1.8 million euros with an operating profit of 0.3 million euros.
