Gullberg & Jansson has appointed Ylwa Karlgren as Chair of the Board until the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The decision is made after Gaétan Boyer assumed the role of Group CEO and is intended to clarify the division of roles between the board and management. Karlgren is already a board member and has also been proposed by the nomination committee as Chair of the Board ahead of the Annual General Meeting.
