Ramlösa Shipping is getting a new interim CEO and chair, according to separate press releases.The new interim CEO will be Martin Hansson, who most recently held a similar role at Galjaden Fastigheter. He replaces Stefan Norrsell, who is leaving by mutual agreement.The CEO change is explained as follows: "Against the background of the board's overall assessment of the phase in which Ramlösa shipping now finds itself, the board has decided to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer in order to strengthen the implementation of the company's strategy and improve its internal procedures".Work to recruit a permanent Chief Executive Officer will begin shortly.In addition, it is announced that Stefan Norrsell is also leaving the board, as is chair Thomas Angskog. Both step down with immediate effect. Theo Erdmann takes over as the new interim chair. Thereafter, the board will consist of four members.
