The Fondazione IRCCS San Gerardo dei Tintori hospital in Monza organized the first training course on stereotactic radiotherapy, SBRT, for the treatment of prostate cancer. This is stated in a press release from Micropos Medical.At the seminar, which gathered 120 participants, clinical study results and technical solutions, including the Micropos Raypilot system, were presented. The hospital in Monza was the first clinic in the world to use the system, and around 50 patients have so far been treated with the technology.
