The shareholders of the real estate company Fleming Properties are invited to the Annual General Meeting on April 16 in Stockholm.The Board of Directors proposes that the meeting resolve on a dividend of EUR 0.03 per share.Re-election is proposed of the incumbent Board, consisting of Chair Henrik Schmidt and members Carl-Mikael Lindholm, Erica Magnergård and Thomas Lindström. The Board requests authorization from the meeting to resolve on a new issue of shares, within the limits of the number of shares in the Articles of Association.
