The property development company Norden Estates' subsidiary Zustainment Bygg started construction during week 12 within the scope of the contracting agreement that was announced in January 2026. The contracting agreement amounts to SEK 5.5 million and has now entered the execution phase, according to a press release. The project concerns an industrial facility in Hässleholm for Microbas, a company active in industrial and technologically advanced solutions including space technology. The project is proceeding according to plan, with preliminary completion at the end of the second quarter of 2026.
