This is evident from Finansinspektionen's insider register.Krona Bidco thereafter owns 9.56 million shares, which corresponds to 85.54 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.Krona Bidco recently concluded a takeover bid for all shares in Krona in which the company offered SEK 41.20 per share.
