Affärsvärlden issues a sell recommendation for the real estate company Aquaticus Real Estate in an analysis on Wednesday. Aquaticus is a small listed company that owns a single property. It was recently announced that the tenant has negotiated the rent down by 10 percent. "This exposes a structural flaw in single-property companies as a product and now risks leading to problems with the balance sheet and a scrapped dividend. The board should consider exit options for the company’s ownership of the property," writes Affärsvärlden, issuing a sell recommendation. Aquaticus has not yet announced the dividend ahead of the annual general meeting on May 19.
