The shareholders of the software company Vidhance are called to the annual general meeting on Tuesday, May 19, in Uppsala.The board proposes that no dividend be paid.The nomination committee proposes the new election of Jakob Shadloo and Stefan Brodin as board members. Jakob Shadloo works as Industry Manager at Google. Stefan Brodin is responsible for the defense operations at Clavister. Board member Erik Axelsson has declined re-election.Re-election is proposed of chairman Johan Qviberg and board members Andreas Lifvendahl and Henrik Wennerholm.The board wants authorization from the meeting to decide on a new issue of shares, convertibles and warrants, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares by a maximum of 20 percent.
