The biotech company Bio-Works has in April completed the sixth of eleven exercise periods for warrants TO 2 to subscribe for shares in the company. The outcome was that 586,229 warrants were exercised to subscribe for the same number of new shares at a subscription price of SEK 1 per share. The company receives SEK 586,200 before issue costs. This is stated in a press release.Bio-Works then has 100.01 million shares outstanding.
