Shareholders in the biotechnology company Cyclezyme are called to the annual general meeting on May 22 in Lund.The board proposes that no dividend be paid.The nomination committee proposes the election of Sebastian Clausin as a board member. He is the company’s largest shareholder with 17 percent of the shares. Board member Tobias Carlsson has declined re-election to the board.Re-election is proposed for the members Peter Falck, Javier Linares-Pastén, Lotta Amsén and MartinBengtsson.The board wants authorization from the meeting to decide on new issues of shares, convertibles and warrants, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares of no more than 15 percent.
