The solar energy company Absolicon’s rights issue was heavily oversubscribed, according to a press release. The rights issue was subscribed for SEK 37.5 million, which corresponds to a subscription rate of 286 percent compared with the intended issue volume of SEK 13.1 million. The large oversubscription means that the oversubscription option of SEK 4.9 million will be exercised in full.Absolicon will receive SEK 16.7 million after issue costs of SEK 1.3 million. The issue costs correspond to 7 percent of the total subscribed amount. In the issue, SEK 6.5 million was subscribed through subscription commitments without compensation.
