Solar energy company Absolicon announces that principal owner and CEO Joakim Byström has crossed the 20 percent flagging threshold after the company’s completed rights issue due to dilution. After the issue, Joakim Byström’s voting stake decreases from 22.4 percent to 17.3 percent. Byström’s ownership has been diluted by the latest issue even though he himself subscribed for shares in the issue. However, he did not subscribe for his full allocation, which means the ownership is diluted slightly.
