Dryckesbolaget Umida is selling the majority of its self-developed alcohol brands to Spring Wine & Spirits, which is owned by Spendrups. The deal is initially worth SEK 12 million, with the possibility of an additional SEK 6 million in earn-outs.The deal includes, among other things, the brands Elin, Doctor Cane and Vinfabriken. The divested brands accounted for about 17 percent of Umida's net sales during 2025 and the transaction is expected to have a positive impact on earnings during 2026."The deal with Spring Wine & Spirits is an important milestone for Umida and proof of the value we have built up within our alcohol portfolio over many years.
