Hunter Capital has transferred patent assets to the newly formed wholly owned subsidiary Hunter Capital Dry Eye IPR for approximately SEK 1 million, corresponding to book value. The purchase price is paid via a promissory note due on December 31, 2026. The transaction means that Hunter Capital is establishing a group structure and, from the second quarter of 2026, will prepare consolidated financial statements. The deal is not expected to have any material impact on earnings or financial position.
