The home automation company Plejd announces that 152,584 warrants in the incentive program 2023/2026 have been exercised for subscription of the same number of shares. The program ended on May 8.This means that the number of shares in the company increases to 11,331,304 and that the share capital rises to approximately SEK 1.7 million. The dilution for existing shareholders amounts to approximately 1.36 percent.
