The shares were bought at a price of SEK 41.20 per share, a transaction worth SEK 1.3 million. The transaction was made on Spotlight Stock Market. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.On 6 May, Krona Bidco owned 9.58 million shares, which corresponds to 85.67 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.Krona Bidco completed a mandatory offer for all shares in Krona at the end of March, where the bid was raised to SEK 41.20 per share, from the previous SEK 35.75 per share.
