Mjölkanalysföretaget Miris reports lower revenue and a weaker result in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the corresponding quarter last year. The company also reiterates its profit target for 2026. Net sales fell 25 percent to SEK 3.4 million (4.6). Profit before tax amounted to SEK -2.5 million (-1.9). Profit after tax was SEK -2.5 million (-1.9). Earnings per share amounted to SEK -1.86 (-0.01). CEO Camilla Myhre Sandberg says that the lower sales are mainly due to a continued uncertain macroeconomic situation with longer decision-making processes and delayed investments, especially in the US market. The company also says that the estimated order pipeline has grown from about SEK 30 million at the turn of the year to nearly SEK 35 million at the end of the quarter. After the end of the period, Miris sees increased activity through more quotation requests, customer dialogues and new orders. The profit target for 2026 therefore remains unchanged.
