Bergholm Recreational Vehicles has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to become the exclusive importer and distributor of Knaus Tabbert's brands in Norway, according to a press release. The letter of intent concerns an exclusive collaboration for the import and sale via dealers of the brands Knaus, Weinsberg, Tabbert, and T@b in Norway. It covers all segments within motorhomes and caravans.Bergholm is currently established as the exclusive importer of Knaus Tabbert's brands in Sweden. The overall terms in the letter of intent relate to a five-year agreement in Norway. Planned start of full operations in the autumn of 2026 in connection with model year 2027.Provided that customary due diligence is carried out and necessary approvals are granted, the parties now plan to draw up a final agreement. A final agreement is expected to be signed in June.
