The technology company Sociallite Us intends to let an extraordinary general meeting consider the proposal for a directed set-off issue to board members. The proposal will therefore not be taken up at the annual general meeting on June 12.The company states that the annual general meeting will otherwise be held in accordance with the previous notice.
