Tech company Smart High-Tech, SHT, intends to call an extraordinary general meeting in July to address a board authorization and an amendment to the articles of association. The issues could not be decided at the annual general meeting due to administrative deficiencies in the voting rights registration.The company states that the purpose is to give the board the flexibility deemed necessary to act effectively on issues relating to future development, including matters linked to future production and delivery capacity.
