Windon Energy Group announces that the Danish industrial group Next Fabrication is entering as a co-owner of Ridgeblade with an ownership stake of 10 percent in connection with the incorporation of the business. This is stated in a press release.Next Fabrication operates within the global wind power industry and, according to Windon, contributes industrial expertise, production capacity, international networks, and operational resources. The company believes that the partnership strengthens the conditions for Ridgeblade’s continued development and future commercialization.At the same time, Ridgeblade is entering an intensified development and verification phase. Two initial roof tests have been carried out and the collected data will be used in the continued development work. Upcoming tests will be conducted in agricultural environments with advanced wind measurement equipment to evaluate various technical solutions and configurations.Following the restructuring, ownership in Ridgeblade will be distributed between Windon Energy Group (50 percent), Igor Rogelj (20 percent), Morten Lindholdt (20 percent), and Next Fabrication (10 percent).
