Gaming company Mindark decided at the annual general meeting on May 21 to apply for delisting of the company's shares from Spotlight Stock Market. The board will submit a formal application for delisting to Spotlight Stock Market on July 10. The expected last trading day for the share on Spotlight is in the third quarter, according to a press release. The exact date of the last trading day will be announced in a separate press release after Spotlight Stock Market has made a decision in the matter.
