Shareholders in the gas exploration company Igrene were previously called to an extraordinary general meeting on July 13 to elect a new board. The nomination committee is now supplementing the notice with a proposal for the election of the board, according to a press release. It is proposed that Henrik Badin be newly elected as chairman and Ragnar Krefting as a board member. Current chairman Sven Otto Littorin and board member Karl Åke Johansson have, as previously announced, declined re-election.
