The medical technology company Invent Medic’s rights issue was subscribed for with and without the support of subscription rights to 145 percent of the issue volume, according to a press release. The company will receive through the rights issue and the over-allotment option issue proceeds of SEK 5.6 million before deductions for issue costs of SEK 0.7 million.
