The IT refurbishment company Mresell has entered into a strategic collaboration with the British Reuse Technology Group to establish operations in the British market. The collaboration will begin with a profit-sharing arrangement, and the parties then intend to form a joint venture company at the turn of the year 2026/2027, provided that the initial phase develops according to plan. No financial details are provided regarding the initiative. "The United Kingdom is one of Europe's largest markets for reused electronics. Through the collaboration, we combine our proprietary European platform with Reuse Technology's local market presence and customer relationships. This gives us good conditions to establish a competitive operation in an efficient and capital-efficient way," says Patrik La Placa Christiansen, CEO of Mresell.
