Medical technology company Polarcool's board has decided to take out a bridge loan of SEK 4.0 million. The bridge loan has a term of 12 months with a maturity date of July 6, 2027. The loan carries an interest rate of 1.5 percent per month and has an arrangement fee of 3 percent. This is stated in a press release. The purpose of taking out the bridge loan is to give the company the opportunity to intensify efforts to obtain market approval for Polarcap in the US and Canada.The bridge loan can be converted into shares during the term starting on January 18, 2027. Conversion can take place at a subscription price of SEK 2.30 per share.
