Zenith Energy has carried out a directed new share issue to Norwegian institutional investors and raised about NOK 27.5 million. This is stated in a press release from the company.The issue comprises 50 million new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.55 per share, a discount of about 0.36 percent to the previous closing price. The capital will among other things be used for a new biogas project, the company’s solar energy project, legal costs linked to international arbitration proceedings and working capital.
