The modular housing company Zenergy has received a new subscription commitment of about SEK 7 million from Elteo Invest ahead of the ongoing rights issue. This brings the subscription commitments up to about SEK 19 million, corresponding to 59.7 percent of the issue.The external bottom guarantee commitment is simultaneously removed, which lowers the issue costs by about SEK 1.1 million to around SEK 3.0 million.
